PottCoHTF Grant Awards
The Pottawattamie County Housing Trust Fund (PottCoHTF) awarded $479,403 to the following organizations for the 2026 Grant Cycle:
- Connections Area Agency on Aging to assist seniors with owner-occupied housing repairs or accessibility modifications.
- Connections Area Agency on Aging for rental assistance, including security or utility deposits.
- Habitat for Humanity of Council Bluffs to assist with owner-occupied housing repairs.
- Habitat for Humanity of Council Bluffs for downpayment assistance for single-family homes.
- Heartlan Family Service for the rehabilitation of permanent supportive housing units in CB.
- Inter-Faith Response, Inc. for rental assistance, including security or utility deposits.
- Iowa Legal Aid for eviction prevention services.
- New Visions for shelter renovations.
- Peace Haven for rehabilitation of low-income, senior rental housing units.
- Vodec for the rehabilitation of rental housing units in CB.
