2025 PottCoHTF Grant Application

Applications for PottCoHTF funding will be available in mid-January 2025 and must be submitted by 4:00 PM on February 28, 2025.

To be considered for funding, proposals must meet one of the following objectives:

• Rental Housing Assistance; including direct assistance to income-qualified tenants, new construction, rehabilitation, emergency housing, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing;
• Homeownership Assistance, including direct assistance, rehabilitation, and new construction; or
• Education for Tenants, Homeowners, and Landlords, including general maintenance information.

Priority will be given to those proposals assisting households at or below 30% of the median family income. All activities must benefit households at or below 80% of median family income.  Each applicant will be required to meet with the PottCoHTF Board to review their application prior to any funding decisions. We expect to schedule these meetings for March 4, 2025, to make funding decisions on March 11, 2025.
